"God bless the broken road that lead me straight to you!"Cathy and I met online (via Match.com) in August of 2003. What started as a 15 minute "see if we are compatible" date, turned into a 4 hour evening with cocktails, dinner and engaging conversation. Within a short period of time we fell in love and for a year and a half we were inseparable.Early one evening in December of 2004, we "happened" to be driving by the same restaurant where we first met on our Match.com encounter. I asked Cathy if she wanted to "stop in" and grab a bite to eat...she said sure. When I brought out the ring and asked her to marry me, she was definitely surprised...and said YES!We had a small wedding on April 22, 2005 aboard a dinner cruise out of Clearwater Beach.
